Congressman Don Cazayoux’s most recent ad is a typical example of partisan pessimism for political gain.  The entire ad is focused on begging for liberal handouts and ignores the drastically improved performance of the state and federal response to Hurricane Gustav.  There will always be room for improvement to disaster response, but during political season it is not surprising that a typical politician ignored the successful leadership of Governor Bobby Jindal in a partisan attempt at political one-upmanship.
